Our Processes
Consultation
We encourage client to start the process of investing into our apartments investment to first contact us for free consultation. This process allows for detained information and questions to be answered.
Deposit
Once you are happy with the investment and property choice and location has been agreed, then deposit towards your investment is paid as a holding investment.
On boarding
Manny property follows the process of onboarding with 30 days in the case where property has been allocated or 90 days for search and allocation of property choice. Onboarding involves all the signing of legal document and issuance of certificate of investment .
Profit Share payment
Manny property works hard to make the highest returns by advertising on various platforms which includes AirBnB, Bookings.com, Hotels.com. trivago and all other local platforms and social media.
Profits are share either quarterly or annually depending on the choice of property and country locations. Minimum return is 30 percent of investment guaranteed rising uoto 40 per cent.
